Job Description
Job Summary Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12
- 3 - 4 year's experience in a similar role (FMCG warehouse)
- Computer literate
- Own transport
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Assertive and punctual
- Deadline driven
- Friendly, approachable and focused on customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Loading and offloading of vehicles
- Quality checks on products received
- Track and control warehouse damages
- Stock and team management
- Pre-pick stock for delivery (balanced and accurate)
- Track and control of forklifts (maintenance etc.)
- Daily communication to team and suppliers
- Checking and sorting out daily variances
- Adherence to turnaround times
- General housekeeping
