Job Description

As the Warehouse Operations Manager for this international Logistics Group, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations and will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.POSITION INFO:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management,

, Business Administration, or a related field * 10 years or more in warehouse operations management, with a track record of successfully optimizing processes and leading teams.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and relevant software applications.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive informed decisions and process improvements.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders. Ability to communicate bilingually in English & Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
• Certification in supply chain management or logistics a PLUS
