Job Description

Hire Resolve's client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee their warehouse operations within the electrical and renewable energy industry in the Western Cape region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the storage and distribution of products, ensuring inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments, and maintaining a safe working environment.Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Plan and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy
• Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to manage incoming and outgoing shipments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager in the electrical or renewable energy industry
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management software and systems
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
