Their commitment to service excellence, operational efficiency, and cutting-edge technology has established them as a national leader in the industry.They are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to take on the role of an Entry Level Warehouse Manager at their Bloemfontein (Oos-Einde) warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the overall performance of the warehouse, including staffing, health & safety, and cost management.Ensure stock accuracy through regular stock counts and adherence to correct warehouse processes.Manage warehouse space planning and ensure Materials Handling Equipment is well-maintained and operational.Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and conduct regular inspections.Monitor and control all warehouse costs to optimize spending.Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring proper waste disposal and equipment maintenance.Manage staffing levels, provide continuous training, and conduct performance reviews.Qualifications & Experience:Grade 12 qualification.National Diploma or tertiary qualification in material management, inventory, commodity procurement, or related field.Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in warehousing, stock control, or supply chain.Skills & Attributes:Strong managerial, organizational, leadership, and motivational skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Good knowledge of safety and legal procedures for handling and receiving goods.Salary & Benefits:

• Basic salary of R10,000 per month. (Ten thousand Rand)
• Comprehensive benefits package.
