Minimum Requirements

Matric
Formal Qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain Management (Highly Advantageous)
Proven experience in warehouse management or similar roles
5 years solid experience in a similar role with a stable track record
MS Office & SAP Experience (Highly Advantageous)
Responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory, and maintaining high standards of organization, safety and security
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess
Report any significant issues or discrepancies to management
Oversee the receiving of incoming goods, ensuring they are correctly counted, inspected and recorded
Ensure proper documentation and labelling of all goods
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations
Conduct regular safety inspections and training for warehouse staff
Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance their performance and development
Generate regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse activities, and performance metrics
