:We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee stock control and packing operations for a leading wholesaler of Halaal and Non-Halaal meat products, as well as a variety of food supplies, serving the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of inventory management processes.Key Responsibilities: * Supervision: Lead and supervise packing area staff and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Inventory Management: Oversee accurate recording of stock movements, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Quality Control: Enforce quality standards for product handling and packing to maintain excellence.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, creating a secure environment for the team.
• Reporting: Regularly generate reports on stock levels, warehouse performance, and any issues.
• Communication: Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Problem Solving: Tackle challenges proactively, implementing effective solutions to prevent future issues.
• Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct regular stock checks and resolve discrepancies through reconciliation.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or stock control environment.
