POSITION: PermanentCOMMENCEMENT: ASAPPURPOSE OF POSITION:The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, and team leadership. With extensive experience in warehouse management, this role focuses on strategic planning, process improvement, and ensuring that the warehouse functions efficiently to support organizational goals.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of at least 5 years of experience as Warehouse Manager.
• Experience: Warehouse Management in FMCG of Pharmaceutical industries.
• Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills; exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities; advanced understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics.
• Computer Literacy: MS Office & Proficient in warehouse management systems
• QA Knowledge
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) fluent in English.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse managers and staff.
• Process Improvement and Optimization
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Enhance safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.
• Coordinate with external partners, including suppliers and logistics providers, to optimize supply chain processes.
• Budget and Cost Management
• Technology and Systems Management
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational issues to senior management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to warehouse operations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Address and resolve any complex issues or complaints related to warehouse operations.
