Job Description
POSITION: PermanentCOMMENCEMENT: ASAPPURPOSE OF POSITION:Ensure that all pharmaceutical and related activities undertaken and/or under consideration are compliant with accepted national and international principles and conditions of any licenses and legislation as well as any corporate guidelines. To ensure continuity of supply of products to customers.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Warehouse/Distribution Qualifications
- Working experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse management
- Thorough knowledge of cGMP, cGDP and cGWP
- General Management
- Project Management
- QA Knowledge
- Computer literacy
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) fluent in English.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance is adhere to (Compliance with the Medicines and related substances act and the Pharmacy act)
- Warehouse Management and control
- Budget control
- Staff Management
- Ensuring pharmacy practice is in compliance with the legal requirements pertaining to the operation
- Responsible for ensuring that the warehouse operations remain in compliance with licensing requirements
- Oversee training to ensure on-going training regarding cGMP /cGWP and GDP is effective
- The ability to recognize opportunities for new services and products and to act accordingly, taking measured risks into account
