As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee various critical operations within their steel warehouse environment, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.Skills and Qualifications:Grade 12Profound knowledge of steel * SELF-STARTER; PROBLEM SOLVER ; HIGH ENERGYExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational abilitiesAbility to thrive under pressureSelf-driven with a sense of responsibility to excel independentlyAttention to detail, punctuality, and reliabilityProficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Outlook, and WordKey Duties and Responsibilities:Stock management, control, and maintenanceCoordination of deliveries to clients, including route planning and invoice managementOversight of fleet operations, maintenance, and monitoringHandling material collection at client/supplier locationsMonitoring and managing onsite diesel pump operationsAlarm and security system monitoring and maintenanceHR management for warehouse employeesMaintenance scheduling and oversightCompliance with OHSA/ISO9001:2015 regulationsGeneral warehouse operations supervisionThis role will involve a rotational schedule of 2 weeks on day shift and 2 weeks on night shift (14:00 - 21:00).
