Requirements:Logistics or Supply Chain Management qualification (advantageous)xc3x82
Experience in warehouse management and inventory.
Strong leadership skills to steer the team towards success, Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems( Kerridge).Responsibilities:xc3x82Manage goods handling from receiving to packing and deliveries, all while maintaining our high company standards.
Supervise and motivate the warehouse team.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and providing the right gear for the team's protection.
Utilize cutting-edge systems like Kerridge to keep the inventory in check.
Conducting stock takes and adjustments.
