PermanentAn international logistics company offering comprehensive logistics services, including air and ocean freight, project logistics, railway transport, warehousing, cross-border e-commerce logistics, and customs clearance, that caters to various industries with a focus on innovation, teamwork, and commitment to excellence is looking for a warehouse manager to join their team.As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective handling of goods and materials. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, implement operational strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 - 3 years in warehouse operations management, with a track record of successfully optimizing processes and leading teams.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and relevant software applications.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive informed decisions and process improvements.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders. Proficient in Mandarin advantageous.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
Certification in supply chain management or logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) advantageous.Duties:
Use trained sales techniques to present, promote, and sell products to new and prospective customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
Implement and monitor all promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to engage potential customers.
Keep management informed by submitting detailed activity and result reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual analyses.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new offerings, delivery schedules, and merchandising.
Investigate problems, develop solutions, prepare reports, and make recommendations to resolve customer complaints.
Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
