Job Description


Are you a Warehouse Stock Manager seeking an opportunity to grow in a multinational company known for growing and investing in its employees?The Warehouse Stock Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of stock within the warehouse, ensuring optimal inventory levels, accuracy in stock reconciliation, and compliance with quality standards. This role is critical in driving performance within the warehouse, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholdersKey Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of all stock within the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Implement and monitor stock control systems, including regular audits and reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment, minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and discrepancies using Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into stock performance, trends, and forecasting.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all stock management systems.
  • Ensure all stock management practices comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards within the warehouse, ensuring stock is handled and stored appropriately.
  • Drive performance within the warehouse by setting and monitoring KPIs related to stock management.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance stock management efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead and mentor the stock management team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other stakeholders to align stock management with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the stock management team, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transport, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in stock management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems.
  • Proven track record in managing stock within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
