Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of warehouse pickers and forklift drivers, ensuring high standards in performance and productivity.
  • Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping process to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Maintain top-tier safety standards, ensuring that the warehouse environment is secure and hazard-free.
  • Keep the warehouse organized and clean, promoting an efficient workspace.
  • Ensure all equipment, inventory management systems, and logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years in a Warehouse Supervisor role.
  • Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics.
  • A proven ability to inspire and lead teams to success.
