Job Description
The client is seeking a highly skilled Wastewater Engineer to join their Cape Town office.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing of wastewater infrastructure and conduct process assessments.
- Preparing contract documentation and managing contract administration.
- Providing Green Drop assistance.
- Traveling on short notice and work on-site as required.
- Minimum of a BSc / BEng / B Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer / Technologist (Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng).
- Valid drivers licence.
- 10 to15 years of post-graduation experience in wastewater infrastructure design, treatment plant process assessments, and contract administration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil Designer/Civils 3D, and Microsoft Office (advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Projects).
- Must be able to supply traceable and contactable references.
