SKILLED CONSTRUCTION FORMEN Required Description:

Skilled CONSTRUCTION FORMEN required : PLEASE READ THIS ADVERT AND ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE REQUIRED SKILLS. PLEASE WITH TEARS IN MY EYES, I ASK THAT YOU DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DONT HAVE THE SKILLS. WE DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO LOOK THROUGH 100,S OF APPLICATION'S TO FIND THE QUALIFIED PERSON.ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS.

Applicant must have a minimum of 10 years experience in the construction industry.

Must be able to read plans, calculate measurements,give daily reports, follow and plan around construction programs,drop and collect sites, communicate via WhatsApp on a daily basis,communicate on WhatsApp frequently, report to two mangers, communicate with office staff and relay information for reports, keep bakkie clean and well looked after,manage staff,manage and plan stock orders,eye for detail,strict quality control standards.

Lots of walking involved up and down stairs everyday.

Start 6.30 leave site 16.30Mon to Sat.

Not every Saturday ,site and program dependant.

Must have a valid Drivers license. Bakkie stays at the workshop.

If not an SA resident must have valid work papers.Must be neat, clean , tidy and well presented.

Must have good communication skills in English, spoken and written.

Must live locally.

Must be able to work late.R15000.00 after deductions.

Workshop in Umhlali and Ballito.
