• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, conduct portfolio reviews, and present financial performance updates.
• Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals tailored to clients'' unique financial needs and goals.
• Meeting Support: Attend client meetings alongside Wealth Managers, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
• Communication: Prepare insightful meeting recaps and reports, highlighting key takeaways and next steps.
• Financial Expertise: Stay up-to-date on financial products, strategies, and risk management solutions.
• Wealth Manager Support: Provide comprehensive support to Wealth Managers, including meeting preparation, research, and report drafting.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
• Client Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
• Administrative Support: Manage CRM data, coordinate with third-party providers, and handle client requests.

• Bachelor''s degree in finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in wealth management.
• CFP/CFA designation preferred.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bloomberg, and/or Morningstar.
