Job Title: Wealth Manager (Hybrid)Role Overview:The Wealth Manager is a vital member of a collaborative team that utilizes a data-informed Integrated Advice approach. The team is composed of diverse talents committed to helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial objectives.Key Responsibilities:Sales Target Achievement:

• Responsible for meeting predetermined sales targets by identifying opportunities within the existing client base and advising on approved investment and risk solutions.

Client Education and Retention:

• Educates clients on products and services to enhance client retention, increase sales revenue, and expand the organization''s client base.

Financial Analysis and Planning:

• Analyzes financial information gathered from clients to develop tailored financial plans or proposals using appropriate tools and methodologies.

Proposal Development:

• Formulates proposals in areas such as cash management, risk assessment, investment planning, and estate planning to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Client Reporting:

• Provides regular reports to clients in line with agreed service level agreements, ensuring high-quality and consistent advice that aligns with the organizations investment philosophy.

Networking and Competitive Edge:

• Contributes to maintaining a competitive advantage through external networking, benchmarking, and participation in relevant forums.

Relationship Building:

• Develops networks and builds alliances to strengthen internal support and enhance client offerings.

Qualifications and Experience:Education:

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with a graduate qualification in Finance, Investment, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Significant experience in delivering custom-built solutions for client wealth portfolios at a managerial level is essential.
• Possession of CAT 1 licenses, with CAT 2 licenses as an advantage.
