Website Administrator

This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation, optimization, and analytics of the websites belonging to our clients' customers.

CAPABILITIES REQUIRED

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

: (2 years )Experience as a Webmaster Web Administrator or similar role with involvement in web content editing, updates and page design.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

: Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools; Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with a strong ability to interpret data and provide insights; Understanding of web technologies and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress); HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery) to support graphics and web content

BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE

: Website accessibility and compliance standards is a plus; web and graphic design principles, techniques and best practices and ability to share this knowledge with colleagues

KEY TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain customer websites and manage website content updates, ensuring they are up-to-date, update assets, and optimized for performance. Implement and manage website analytics tools and track key performance indicators (KPIs) Monitor and optimize website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement / work with the web developers on necessary fixes for customer platforms. Analyse website traffic and user behaviour using GA4, generating actionable insights and reports for customers. Collaborate with the company's clients to implement SEO strategies and improve organic search rankings for customer websites. Coordinate with designers and developers to enhance website functionality and aesthetics for customers. Develop and maintain documentation related to website management processes and procedures.
