You should be adept at problem-solving, thrive under pressure, and have a deep understanding of how to engage with high-quality guests and staff. If youre skilled in delivering exceptional service while maintaining a polished demeanour and clear, effective communication, wed love to have you join our team. Bring your expertise and enthusiasm to create an outstanding experience for both our guests and team members.?What is required:The Wellness Host will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of the wellness experience from promotion to completion of Guest Stay. This role involves prepping guest experiences, welcoming and guiding guests through their Wellness activities/stays, coordinating with various departments, and serving as the primary contact person for guests throughout their visit.Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Beauty Therapy Certificate/Somatology or Administration Diploma is advantageous.
• Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Familiar with all duties and procedures in the Spa/Wellness Centre.
• Experience working as a Receptionist/ Host in a Spa/Wellness Centre.
• Motivated, self-starter and able to take initiative.
• MS Office, Excel and ESP.
• Opera knowledge is essential.

• Excellent client service and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with guests.
