You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns, driving lead generation, enhancing brand awareness, and expanding our customer base. This includes sourcing and managing public relations efforts, executing cold outreach initiatives, and managing paid marketing campaigns.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.Develop and execute promotional campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, relationship marketing, public relations, cold outreach, and paid marketing.Plan, set up, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and other relevant channels to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.Create all social media strategies, content and execute roll outAnalyze and report on key paid marketing metrics, such as cost per click, conversion rates, return on ad spend, and customer acquisition cost, to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.Manage all public relations activities, including creating press releases, building relationships with media outlets and journalists, and securing media coverage.Conduct market research to identify and engage with relevant influencers, bloggers, and industry experts for PR and collaboration opportunities.Plan and execute targeted cold outreach campaigns to potential customers and strategic partners across the luxury travel sectors.Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and influencers to enhance brand awareness and drive referral business across different sectors with a key focus on Luxury Travel AgentsAnalyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and ensure our marketing efforts are effective.Manage and optimize our website and online presence, ensuring a seamless user experience and strong conversion rates.Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.Manage marketing budgets effectively while ensuring the highest return on investment.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to enhance our marketing efforts.Requirements:Proven work experience and results as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the mental health, wellness, luxury travel travel, hospitality or luxury goods industry.Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with hands-on experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, organic, relationship and paid marketing.Experience in utilizing analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance, including paid marketing metrics.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and engage with our specific audiences.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and ability to ideate innovative marketing concepts.Familiarity with public relations strategies and experience in managing PR efforts.Experience in executing targeted cold outreach campaigns.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field would be an advantage but not required -
