• The Wellness Team member assists the Wellness Navigator with marketing and creating awareness of wellness events, community engagements initiatives, Vega Cares events and projects. This is done according to AdvTech and IIE Policies which will be shared with the team member upon appointment. The team member will also assist in the Campus's Social Action initiatives and community events and the marketing thereof.
• This position requires a flexible thinker who can work collaboratively with various stakeholder groups including navigators, students, administrators, and community members. The wellness team member will report directly to the Campus Wellness Navigator.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and support Wellness Navigator with various Campus events such as awareness days, Wellness Days, Blood Drives, Social Action Events etc.
• Develop and implement marketing material, workshops and campaigns to ensure the success and awareness of abovementioned events
• Work together with the Wellness navigator on Vega Cares projects and help coordinate various Social Events throughout the year.
• Performs other administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• Studying towards Psychology, Social Work or Marketing degree.

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

• Strong administrative skills.
• Ability to work with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic Design Skills/Ability to use Canva/Crello or similar design programmes.
• Reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Ability to work well under pressure and effectively prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines consistently.
• High quality written and verbal communication skills.
• Alignment with above mentioned Vega Values.

Working Conditions:

• Please note that this is an Independent Contractor role.
• The Wellness Team member will be required to render their services from April to October 2025 during campus contact time unless otherwise arranged.
