Wind Turbine Qc/qa Inspector

Job Description
Our client in the Engineering industry is currently looking for a Wind Turbine QC/QA Inspector on a 10-months fixed term contract, in Middelburg, Eastern Cape.Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of wind turbine and transformer installations to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Perform various types of welding inspections.
- Adhere to and enforce safety standards and regulations during all inspections.
- Document and report findings, ensuring accurate and timely communication with project management and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the construction and engineering teams to address and rectify any identified issues or defects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and advancements in QC inspection techniques.
- Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills.
- Experience in Inspection and Welding Inspection.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Certification in Quality Management or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in wind energy or renewable industry is a must.
- Authorised to work in South Africa.
- R40 000 - R60 000 per month.
