Our Johannesburg-based team, an integrated part of our international Africa Practice, has worked on significant projects in more than 40 countries. We advise domestic and multinational companies, project sponsors, banks and other financial institutions on a wide range of legal issues, including project finance, M&A, capital markets, employment, dispute resolution, private equity, regulation and anti-trust and competition.

Minimum requirements for consideration:

Individuals who are passionate about the law and driven to succeed. Studied/studying towards a LLB, BA Law, BCom Law, BBusSci Law or BAccLLB at a South African Institution, or a foreign Law degree certified by SAQA as equivalent to an LLB degree. On track to complete a LLB degree by the year indicated as eligible to commence Practical Vocational Training
