Identify trends and anomalies, providing actionable insights to improve performance. * Trend Identification:Use historical and real-time data to recognize patterns in workforce performance, including productivity trends, shift efficiency, and attendance issues. Propose proactive solutions to address inefficiencies. * Shift Pattern Management:Analyze and recommend shift patterns that maximize productivity while balancing labor costs. Ensure optimal coverage for peak operational periods while minimizing idle time or overtime. * Cost Efficiency Analysis:Evaluate labor costs, proposing strategies to optimize workforce allocation and reduce unnecessary expenses. Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures in alignment with operational goals. * Reporting:Generate and maintain accurate reports on labor efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance metrics for stakeholders. • Bachelors degree in Industrial
