Our client is a leading specialist in water and wastewater solutions, providing complex project management, pump repairs, and a wide range of pumps for sale. They collaborate with municipalities across South Africa to maintain and repair wastewater facilities, as well as managing facility contracts for various companies.They are looking for a Workshop Administrator to join our team and support the smooth operation of their workshop.Key Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Process quotes, purchase orders (POs), and invoices in Pastel.xc2xb7 Open and close job cards, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.xc2xb7 Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper documentation and workflow.xc2xb7 Liaise with workshop staff to track job progress and ensure timely completion.xc2xb7 Handle general administrative tasks, including document filing and record-keeping.xc2xb7 Communicate with clients regarding job updates, quotes, and service inquiries.xc2xb7 Assist in managing workshop schedules and coordinating necessary resources.Requirementsxc2xb7 Matric / Grade 12 qualification.xc2xb7 Fluent in Afrikaans & English (written and spoken).xc2xb7 Proficiency in Pastel (essential).xc2xb7 Experience with Jobsys (advantageous but not required).xc2xb7 Own transport (essential).xc2xb7 Must reside in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.xc2xb7 Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.How to ApplySend your CV to
