External

Production Planning and Organizing
Create, Monitor and Manage all Production documentation - Job Cards for Orders Received, Work Instructions and Quality Documentation
Preparing Monthly/ Weekly Production reports and forecasts from sales orders received
Coordinate with supply chain / purchasing / finance departments to optimize the production processes and smooth flow of production in the workshop including labour and inventory.
Inventory/ Stock controlling
Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS)
Coordinate regular inventory audits
Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments)
To implement the requirements all ISO Standards (ISO 9001 (2015), 45001 and 14001) and the company quality management system as defined in the quality manual, management procedures, processes, and operating instructions.
Investigate production problems and escalate to Engineering
5S (Workshop, equipment, vehicles)

Education/ Experience:

Matic
Relevant Tertiary Qualification in one of the following fields would be advantageous:
Production Management or Production Planning
Operations Management
Minimum 2-3 Years experience in manufacturing and planning experience
Computer Skills MS Excel intermediates to advance level essential
Time study & line balancing
