Job Description


Our client is a leading specialist in water and wastewater solutions, providing complex project management, pump repairs, and a wide range of pumps for sale. They collaborate with municipalities across South Africa to maintain and repair wastewater facilities, as well as managing facility contracts for various companies.
They are looking for a Workshop Administrator to join our team and support the smooth operation of their workshop.Key Responsibilities

  • Process quotes, purchase orders (POs), and invoices in Pastel.
  • Open and close job cards, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper documentation and workflow.
  • Liaise with workshop staff to track job progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including document filing and record-keeping.
  • Communicate with clients regarding job updates, quotes, and service inquiries.
  • Assist in managing workshop schedules and coordinating necessary resources.
Requirements
  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans & English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Pastel (essential).
  • Experience with Jobsys (advantageous but not required).
  • Own transport (essential).
  • Must reside in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
