Youll manage communication between customers, parts, and service departments to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.
By efficiently managing the booking process and providing excellent customer service, you will contribute to the dealerships success and reputation.Minimum Requirements:
- Senior Certificate / Grade 12
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (a third South African language is a plus)
- Experience in a bookings clerk role within the motor dealership industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and fully computer literate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
