Job Description
Job Summary An established dealership in Ermelo, Mpumalanga is looking for a Qualified and Experienced Workshop Foreman.Requirements:
- Must have qualified as a Diesel Technician (Non-negotiable)
- 5 plus years experience as a Diesel Technician
- Some experience as a Workshop Foreman is advantageous.
- Must come have Truck Dealership experience (Non-negotiable) NOT passenger vehicles/mining/earth-moving
- Own basic toolbox, special tools will be provided
- Own Vehicle
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Manage daily workflow in the commercial vehicle workshop
- Manage breakdown status and progress
- Compile technical reports, quotations and feedback to management
- Liaise with suppliers regarding outwork status
- Enforce discipline and general housekeeping of the workshop
- Be hands-on and also work on commercial vehicles where needed
