An esteemed client in the manufacturing sector is seeking a skilled Workshop Foreman to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of CNC machines and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Requirements:
- Strong background knowledge of AutoCAD, Master Cam / Edge Cam.
- Proficiency with FANUC.
- Ability to assist with program editing at the machine.
- Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines.
- Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently within standard times.
- Maintaining quality, safety, health, and housekeeping standards.
- Decision-making, coordination, communication, motivation, and disciplinary skills.
