Job SummaryExciting opportunity available in Mpumalanga for an experienced Workshop Foreman at a well-established automotive dealership.Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Allocate work to technicians, monitoring performance and ensuring high-quality service.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues, providing guidance to team members.
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and safety standards.
- Ensure timely completion of repairs and services to meet customer expectations.
- Manage workshop inventory, ordering necessary parts and supplies.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training to enhance team skills.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a technician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong mechanical and technical knowledge of various vehicle brands.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid South African Driver's License.
