Responsibilities:

Reviewing drawings, blueprints, and samples to ensure precise manufacturing.
Taking measurements, selecting machines, and setting up equipment for production.
Monitoring the production process and adjusting variables to maintain quality.
Inspecting finished parts for defects and ensuring adherence to specifications.
Maintaining and operating workshop equipment.
Communicating progress, concerns, and delays to management.
Participating in daily production meetings and following operational schedules.
