Responsibilities:

Leading and supporting the workshop team while maintaining company values.
Ensuring clear communication of KPIs, performance appraisals, and succession planning.
Improving department efficiency through cost, process, and productivity analysis.
Overseeing job delegation, prioritization, and adherence to safety and ISO regulations.
Maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and managing key relationships.
Ensuring tools, parts, and resources are available for workshop operations.
Managing inventory, pricing, quotations, and gross profit margins.
Overseeing recycling, stock control, and adherence to operational schedules.
Testing claim vehicles and authorizing incentives.
