***THIS POSITION REQUIRES RECOGNIZED AND REPUTABLE WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE***This Motor Group, renowned for its long-standing reputation as a reputable service provider in the industry, needs a Workshop Quality Controller at one of their more diverse dealerships, in this role, you will oversee the inspection of vehicles undergoing repairs and maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards, maintain accurate records of inspections, work closely with workshop supervisors and technicians to ensure quality remains premium, interact with customers to explain quality control processes, and mentor new technicians on quality standards and procedures. When applying for this position it is essential that you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a recognized and reputable workshop, (preferably a franchised dealership) in-depth knowledge of automotive repair processes and quality standards, strong attention to detail and analytical skills, excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced working environment. This role is crucial in maintaining their reputation for excellence.Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
Motor Mechanics Certificate (Advantageous)
A valid Drivers License
Must have at least 3 Years of RECENT 3 years of experience in a similar role within a recognized and reputable workshop (preferably a franchised dealership)
Fully Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
In-depth knowledge of automotive repair processes and quality standards
Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills
A stable work history
