Job Description
An exciting career opportunity exists at Medipost Holdings for a Checker Grade 1 (Yes Programme) 12 months contract. This individual will be responsible for QA with Supervisor of the consolidated bags per region.
Loading and offloading /receiving line haul.
Scanning and sorting of parcels.
Debriefing drivers and returning of undelivered parcels
Scanning out drivers
Ensuring good storage of parcels/consignments.
Ensuring cold chain parcels are maintained.
Monitoring VC cage and ensuring priority parcels are scanned out to drivers.
Issuing collections to drivers and ensuring that they are returned and comments captured for uncollected/cancelled collections.
Confirming collections once drivers collected and ensuring they are processed for stage 1 and 2 to be sent with line haul.
Scanning of POD images
Issuing walk in collections parcels to clients
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12
EXPERIENCE
Computer Literacy
Ideal:
Administrative experience
COMPETENCIES
Verbal and Written communication skills Listening skills Promotion of good customer service orientation Ability to work with minimum supervision. Prioritizing skills. Be able to manage large workload. Must be able to work under pressure. Proven query resolution skills Proactive
No criminal record.
