Western Cape, CPT - Northern SuburbsR11,500 - R11,500 Monthly Cost To Company (13th cheque in December, Market related)Our client, in the Logistics Industry and based in Belville, Cape Town; is currently looking to employ Yard / Logistics Checker.Matric with Minimum 1 years experience in logistics, general admin and/ or retail experience secures.Requirements:

• Stable person with a pleasant but strong personality.
• A meticulous and disciplined person able to prioritise tasks and work methodically.
• A confident and committed extrovert with good self-esteem, able to handle challenging customers and situations.
• Must be able to work within the framework as set out by your manager.
• Matric with Minimum 1 years experience in logistics, general admin and/ or retail experience.
• Good Communication skills.
• Effective Language Skills in Workplace.
• Good Computer literate.
• Own Reliable transport.
• Reliable support structure (In case of Children).
• A healthy individual with sober habits.
• Must have Code 8 Driver licence.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:

• Punctual and professional handling of customer queries.
• Sending Emails and Receiving emails.
• Computer literate working from company in house system.
• Phoning Drivers, Customers, etc.
• Checking vehicles in and Out by Receiving points.
• Confirm that all information captured is complete on check sheets and accurate before sending vehicles out.
• Confirm that all information captured is complete on check sheets and accurate before parking it despatch / or Self getting self-collected by customer.
• Prioritising and ensuring that urgent vehicles are delivered / checked.
• Updates to Customers regarding status of vehicles if they phone in / or enter Office.
• General logistic Admin / Filing.
