Job Overview




UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. This position will support with admin, logistics and general activities in the Competence Development and Retail Development Departments.

Responsibilities and Duties



Manage flight, transfers and accommodation for training delegates; Prepare Attendance Registers Prepare Notice Board/Lecture Room Print indemnity, name tags, material, certificates etc. Arrange catering, Order stationary and dry rations, Compile monthly training reports, Support with Training Management System (Navigator), Support with UD Championship and Gemba competitions, Data capturing of dealer KPI's, QR etc., Compile customer contact detail reports for CSI measurement,

Minimum qualifications and experience



Qualification in Human Resource / Training / Office Administration; No experience required; Language: Ability to speak, read and write in English; Skills: Interpersonal, Communication, Teamwork & Collaboration, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Computer Literacy, Administrative.
