Must reside close to the workplace area
Must not have a criminal record.
Must be able to start employment on 1 May 2025.
Highest Qualification to be Grade 12

Responsibilities:

Request Handling:
+ Receive new installation requests from the New Business and Contracts Department.
+ Handle calls and emails from customers requesting repairs, de-installations, and re-installations of their units.
+ Provide assistance to customers to ensure query resolution.
+
Scheduling and Coordination:
+ Efficiently schedule all customer requests to optimise Technicians' time and knowledge.
+ Ensure 100% of jobs are allocated to technicians using internal systems.
+ Liaise with the control room to test customer vehicles when required.
+
Monitoring and Logging:
+ Consistently monitor the progress of all calls logged and scheduled.
+ Ensure all information is accurately logged or processed on the in-house systems.
+
Administrative Duties:
+ Check warranties and follow up on worksheets to ensure accurate invoicing.
+ Complete all office administration tasks efficiently.
+ Adhere strictly to all Departmental and Company Policies, Procedures, and SOPs.

Additional Responsibilities:
+ Complete any other tasks or duties as reasonably expected by management.
