These candidates may be newly or recently qualified graduates, as well as early career professionals who aim to do meaningful work to bring about positive change and development. Successful candidates join as young professionals from the outset.Our International round is aligned to the UK academic year and focuses on target universities in the UK, Kenya, Ethiopia and beyond. Thereafter a hybrid work week is commonplace with working days split between time in the office and WFH.We have hubs in: Johannesburg, Cape Town, Nairobi, Lagos Abidjan, Addis Ababa, Goa and London. Candidates must already hold the legal right to work in the location they apply for.
