We are looking for a dynamic

YouTube Content Creator

to produce engaging

YouTube Shorts and Reels

that captivate audiences and drive engagement. The ideal candidate is an experienced video creator who understands short-form content trends, has a creative mindset, and can effectively grow an audience through high-quality, engaging videos.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, script, and edit

YouTube Shorts and Reels

aligned with brand goals. Stay updated on trending topics, challenges, and viral content formats. Create eye-catching

thumbnails, captions, and hooks

to boost engagement. Optimize video content for

SEO and YouTube algorithms

to maximize reach. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign strategies. Engage with audiences via comments, polls, and community posts. Track performance metrics and continuously improve content strategy.

Requirements:

Proven experience in creating engaging

YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or TikToks

. Strong

video editing

skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Ability to write compelling scripts and create engaging storylines. Knowledge of

YouTube algorithms, trends, and best practices

. Creative mindset with a passion for

storytelling and viral content

. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. (Preferred) Experience in content monetization and sponsorships.
