Driver Demand Planners play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our driver fleet within designated delivery zones. The primary responsibilities include driver planning, driver supply management, slot management, coordination with infield supervisors, and reporting/dashboard maintenance.Job description Key Responsibilities: Driver Planning:Understanding and working with client forecasting and historical data to to plan driversupply per zoneSlot creation and management within designated zonesImplementation of store time changes and updates where requiredPlanning and coordination of store launchesDriver Supply Management:Manage driver replacements as neededInitiate driver requirements/activations via the Training Centres based onrequirementsSlot Management:Slot creation and management thereof based off forecasts and historical dataCoordination and Collaboration:Collaborate with Infield Supervisors to determine driver coverage requirementsPlan exclusion zones in coordination with Infield SupervisorsCollaborate with Delivery Team regarding supply challenges and business riskReporting/Dashboards:Develop and maintain dashboards highlighting dropped and open slotsTrack and report on driver attendance and performanceTrack and report on zone/store performanceTrack and report on driver non-conformance (eg. branding etc)Monitor slot withdraws and reasons thereofAnalyze and report on zone slot adoption rates Minimum requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (not required but beneficial).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Prior experience in slot planning or similar roles is a plus.
