Job Description

The ZTNS Senior Specialist: ZTNA will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions for customers in the telecommunications and technology industry. This role requires extensive expertise in security technologies from Cisco, Netskope, and F5, along with deep knowledge of continuous security monitoring, adaptive access controls, and real-time threat detection. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a passion for cybersecurity innovation.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of ZTNA solutions, ensuring secure and seamless access for users.
• Implement continuous security monitoring, risk-based adaptive access controls, and real-time threat detection mechanisms.
• Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance threat detection, response capabilities, and overall security posture.
• Develop, enforce, and maintain security policies, governance frameworks, and compliance reports for customers.
• Collaborate with customers to assess business security requirements and translate them into effective security solutions.
• Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and training to junior specialists and cross-functional teams on ZTNA best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging security technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure cutting-edge security solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability management to proactively identify and mitigate security threats.
• Lead incident response efforts, ensuring swift identification, containment, and resolution of security breaches.
• Work closely with network, cloud, and security teams to integrate ZTNA with broader cybersecurity strategies.

Minimum Requirement

• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing ZTNA solutions, preferably using Cisco, Netskope, and F5 technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Zero Trust architecture principles, security frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Strong experience in AI-driven threat detection, machine-learning algorithms for cybersecurity, and behavioural analytics.
• Proficiency in security protocols, risk management strategies, identity and access management (IAM), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex security issues.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff, driving best practices and continuous improvement in security operations.
• Experience in working within the telecommunications and technology sector is highly advantageous.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
